Our members say it best:
Jerre & Todd Danley
Why do we compete at the National Senior Pro? Todd and I still love horses and rodeo and competition and travel. The National Senior Pro gives us a place where we can continue to follow our dreams. We love the people the best! We have made new lifelong friends, and reconnected with some old friends from the past as well. We love the opportunity to get to compete with people our age where we can still feel competitive regardless of the date on our birth certificate.
Travelling to different towns and arenas all over the United States is great as well. We get to experience Arizona in the dead of winter, and Colorado in August when the heat takes over Texas. We love the variety of arenas and setups. It is great to see the crowds at Wickenburg, AZ and enjoy the family backyard BBQ in Oklahoma.
Todd says his mission is to inspire and encourage others to get up, get moving, and follow your dreams. We hope we are setting an example for others that age is indeed just a number. We are full of gratitude to the NSPRA and feel blessed every day to get to do what we love.
